Total moisture content : maximum 12 % Oil : maximum 3% Net caloric value (as received) : minimum 4,500 kcal/kg Ash content : maximum 5% Fibre : maximum 3% Foreign material : maximum 2% Totalsulphur: maximum 0,07% Hard Nut Shell: minimum 97% Cleanliness: As clean as possible with a minimum of dust, free of stones, plastic, metals, sand and any chemical, fuming, burning material or other contaminant and contaminated substance. Toxic Heavy Metal material shall not be detected.
