Dark grapes have been filled in Europe and Asia for north of 6,000 years. The dim grapes we value today (Vitis vinifera) come in two varieties; one fills in Western Asia near the Black Sea, and different fills in the Americas. Most are produced for use in ; notwithstanding, they also make a heavenly and strong goody. Grapes moreover have a compound called Pterostilbene that helps with holding glucose levels hush-hush. Other than this, dull grapes are missing the mark on the glycaemic record (GI figures show how much carb food sources raise glucose levels). Dark grapes are a sort of berry from the Muscadine grape family.
