Product Overview
Leveraging on our rich industry experience in this domain, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of musk melon balls. Fresh Melons are ripened, sorted, washed, and peeled. Then they are either made into balls by scooping or if chunks are to be made they are hand-cut. The balls or chunks are dipped in chlorinated water and fed through the dewatering and infeed shaker to the IQF. The Individually Quick Frozen Balls / Chunks are then inspected and weighed. Once the packing is completed, the cartons pass through metal detectors and are transferred to the cold store at -18A C. The entire process is carried out under strictly hygienic conditions.
