Kaju Dried Fruit cashews are tasty and crunchy and mixed with other nuts. They are rich in vitamin E and magnesium and offer a great combination of flavours, especially when mixed with peanuts. The cashew fruit comes from an Indian tree grown in the tropical forests of Kerala and is not a nut. Kaju means a cashewsa in Malayalam, spoken initially in Kerala. Our Kaju dried fruit comes from India and has been produced since 1958. The cashews are roasted in full sun over an open fire and then dried in the shade in warm temperatures to ensure high quality and tasty product. The Kaju is then hand-checked / inspected by us. We use packaged cashews from all over India and our own house if no cashew is available from any other source.
