It can be consumed raw or can be consumed by soaking in water or with milk. These are processed in raw dried form and contain 8.9% of moisture and 0.5% of imperfect ratio. It is an a-grade product which is safe to consume for all age groups and comes with 1 to 6 months of shelf life. It is suggested to store it in a dry place to maintain its shelf life.
