Rajabogam Ponni is cultivated using organic fertilizers with time-tested techniques. This is medium grain rice, a thin, soft and popular rice variety of South India. The rice when cooked is soft and separate and swells / expands only lengthwise resulting in long, thin grains. The rice has highest fibre content as well as an easily digestible food. Properly cleaned and dried mature paddy is subjected to hot steam and machine dried before hulling. Broken Rice is also available according to customer requirement.
