This 100% pure white sun-dried basmati rice is cultivated under an ideal micro-climate and harvested at the optimum time. It is the finest aromatic basmati rice grown in Northern India and retains its nutty flavor and fragrance when cooked. The rice is highly suitable for cooking from side dishes to the main course. This is long-grain rice and it has 12 to 13% moisture in it. These are slightly crisp outside, which makes them perfect for rice salads with pesto or for pilafs.
