Short-grain brown rice is an excellent source of manganese and magnesium, both essential for proper bone health. It is also high in dietary fiber and vitamin B1. Made with common cultivation processing, it is a healthy source for everyone. The sun drying method is used for reducing the moisture content of the rice by about 12-13%. This dried rice is only 0.5 % damageable and 98% pure. Takes five months of the crop year. Has a shelf life of twelve months from the date it has been manufactured.
