Product Overview
The function of this Sieve grain cleaner-separator is to allow the separation of large and fine bodies present in the product. OPERATION The product enters by way of gravity into a motorized roller distributor, and is evenly spread along the entire width. Subsequently it descends as a thin curtain and encounters a cross air flow, which removes the lighter particles (decanted by a cyclone or filter), depositing part of the heavier dusts and impurities in the settling hopper which is equipped with an auger for reject expulsion. The cleaned product falls into one or more sieve levels, which separate it in accordance with the perforation type. As it exits, the desired product is uniformly spread along the width of the plane, and as it descends once again as a thin curtain it encounters a cross air flow. This removes the remaining dust and impurities present in the product.
