CONSTMACH manufactures cement silos which has stock capacity from 30 to 3.000 tonnes as welded and bolted types. 2.000 tonnes capacity cement silos are used especially in cement terminals, cement factories and also concrete batching plants. Our cement silos are equipped with air filters, screw conveyors, loading belows, pressure safety valves, level indicators, air nozzles and other silo accessories. MAIN BODY IS PRODUCED FROM 10-8-6 mm METAL SHEET. 12. TOP COVER IS PRODUCED FROM 6 mm METAL SHEET. 13. SILO CONTAINS AN OUTSIDE DECK LADDER WHICH STARTS FROM THE BASE AND ENDS IN THE TOP COVER. 14. SILO HAS A GUARD RAIL AROUND THE TOP COVER. 15. FILLING PIPE IS 4 AND HAS EXTENTON WHICH CAN BE EXTENDED TO THE BASE FOOTING. 16.ALL NECESSARY STATISTICS ARE CALCULATED FOR THE SILOS AND THEY ARE PRODUCT BASED ON APPROVED DESIGNS.
