The De-Germinated Maize is then grinded in Roller Mill & Sieved in Plan shifter and purifier to have Yellow Maize Flour. It is used to make Makka Ki Roti (which is delicacy had in winter with Sarso Ka Sag & Gur (Jaggery)). It is also used in bakery, pasta making, papad making.
