Our round cotton Zafus Yoga Meditation Cushion filled with kapok molds to the shape of your body & it yet firm enough to support cross-legged or kneeling positions as well as other yoga asanas. Eases pressure on knees, ankles and back and encourages proper alignment. The zafu is pleated & has a smaller zippered opening, neatly hidden between pleats. You can adjust the amount of stuffing in each zafu, thus changing the height and the firmness.
