Corilon Water Based PTFE Coatings are based on PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and typically two coat (primer/top coat)systems, these products have the properties of superior non stick performance, extremly low coefficient of friction,good chemical corrosion resistance, hot oil resistance and abrasion resistance, also with excellent gloss and saturation. Product application : High grade fryer and bake ware, ceramic cookwares Aluminium stainless steel, Restless steel, other metals. Two component of the fluorocarbon coating. Two layers coat of primer coat and the top coat. Product family: Fluororesin water-borne non-stick coating(corilon SL-W/M) Main contents: combination of PTFE mixed with a high performance resin No. of coat: 2 coat Solid content percentage Ratio per KG: 2530/4045 Tolerance 2(primer paint / finish coat) Sintering temperature(Centigrade degree) :150180/380400(primer paint / finish coat) Sintering time(minutes ) :810/1015(primer paint / finish coat) Continous working operation temperation(Centigrade degree) :260 Theoretical coverage(m2/ KG): 7.1/8.5(primer paint / finish coat) Substrate: Iron / cast aluminium /stainless steel Material Pre-treatment: phosphating /sand blasting Colours : Different colours available.
