In our spherical roller thrust bearings, the load is transmitted from one raceway to the other at an angle to the bearing axis. These spherical roller thrust bearings are suitable for the accommodation of radial loads in addition to simultaneously acting axial loads. Further, the self-aligning capability of our spherical roller thrust bearings also makes them insensitive to shaft deflection and misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. In addition to this, our products are incorporated with a large number of asymmetrical rollers, which helps to support very heavy axial loads and ensures high speed operation. Moreover, all our spherical roller thrust bearings have a machined brass or steel cage, which is guided by a sleeve held in the shaft washer bore.
