Compared with the other thrust bearing, thrust roller bearing has lower friction coefficient, higher rotation speed, and self-aligning function. Several designs of thrust roller bearings are available including thrust cylindrical roller bearings, thrust taper roller bearings, and thrust needle roller bearings.
