These gears are designed in such a way that it offers maximum output of power transmission in vehicles. The gears are made mostly of the blanks and the small gear banks are used for the manufacturing smaller gear banks which are rough forged. Bigger gear banks are manufactured by casting (cast steel, cast iron).Gear blanks are machined by turning on CNC Turning machines.
