Top-grade Float On-line Coated Glass For buildings Reflective Float Glass Produced with international advanced on-line coating technology to produce top grade Float Glass. The technology (CVD) follows the sediment principle of chemical gases and films and it is formed inside tin-trough section of float technology under the conditions of stable temperature, unique circumstances and clean surface. Chemical gases are continuously and uniformly piped to glass surface via special equipment and decomposition so the crystal silicon film is settled on the surface. This technique produces a very high quality coated glass. On-line coated glass is able to resist erosion better than most ordinarily coated glass. On-line coated glass is commonly used for skyscrapers, building decorations, hollow and interlining glasses. The main color is green, blue and grey with high transmitting ratio and reflection.
