Innovative AlfaBlue ammonia condensers combine excellent heat transfer with minimized refrigerant charge, thanks to the new fin corrugation developed by Alfa Laval combined with smooth stainless steel tubes. A proven automatic TIG welding technology is used for the connection tubes. For double fan row units, double connections provide the possibility for two completely independently operating heat exchangers. Each heat exchanger undergoes a pressure and leaking test with dry air at 28 bar. The condensers have been designed for outdoor operation.
