At the same time,unsaturated cold air are drawn from the bottom to the inside tower by draught fan, and go into and flow in the filler-gap ,then hot water and unsaturated air exchanged here which turn the unsaturated cold air into saturated hot air, and draw out the tower by draught fan, repeating the cycle thus to lower the water temperature.
