These are the automotive engine body chasis system to achieve better vibration isolation and smooth vehicle movement and noise reduction. We take care that the product is stiff and highly damped to control the ideal shake and engine resonance over 5 30 Htz. Secondly it should be like a shock absorber taking quasi-static load conditions such as bumpy roads. These type of engine mountings and rubber engine mountings consists of a cylindrical shaped rubber section with integrally bonded inter-leaf metal plates which is bonded to two square heavy duty outer metal fixing plates. We have designed them for large compressive thrust forces with minimum deformation, whilst providing low shear stiffness rates. The Engine Mouldings are used in trucks, edge runners, vibratory rollers, mills and grinders.
