We manufacture excellent quality soluble cutting oils that are well distinguish and useful as per the client specification. Rothmans Cut Clear gives a transparent type of emulsion with water and offers the advantage of visibility during machining. Rothmans Cut Clear provides excellent cooling and lubrication at chip/tool interface ensuring long tool life and improved surface finish. For grinding, more dilute emulsions are recommended. To obtain a stable and long tasting emulsion (emulsion stability is excellent up to 80:1 dilution) oil should be added to water and not vice versa, with continuous stirring.
