These E.P. Lubricant is a proprietary blend of natural oils and surfactants in a non-toxic base. The product is a free flowing liquid, and is biodegradable, non-toxic, and does not fluoresce. PROPERTIES Appearance : Dark brown, opaque, viscous liquid Specific Gravity : Approx 0.91 Solubility : Oil soluble, water dispersible Boiling point : > 100 a C E.P. Lubricant is typically loaded at a concentration of approximately 0.279% by volume of the mud system under most condition. However, concentration of up to 2.1% by volume may necessary depending on the severity of the problem encountered. The higher concentrations may be used without adverse consequences if warranted by extreme conditions.
