L.D.O Black Liquid Pyrolysis Tyre Oil, Waste tire pyrolysis oil is primarily used as a fuel in heavy industries such as cement plants, glass plants, ceramic plants, brick plants, heavy oil power plants, steel plants, boiler factories, and warm supply centers, among others. In many ways, tire pyrolysis oil and distillation diesel are distinct. Let us investigate the differences in their production, chemical composition, and application. The end product of waste tire pyrolysis is tire pyrolysis oil. Oil is present in waste tires. Heat the waste tire inside the pyrolysis plant under no-oxygen conditions, then crack it into 45 percent pyrolysis oil, 35 percent carbon black, and 15 percent steel wire. The entire refining process includes distillation, cooling, decoloring, and deodorizing systems with high diesel output of 80-85 percent.
