We are instrumental in exporting, trading, distributing and supplying Valve Seat Inserts which are representing a very important component of the valve train in internal combustion engines, as they are the interface between the valve and the cylinder head. Valve and valve seat inserts together serve to seal off the combustion chamber regulating the inlet and exhaust gases. The valve seat insert avoids direct contact of the valve with the cylinder head and absorbs part of the combustion heat which is transferred to the valve by passing it on to the cylinder head. The selection of material of valve seat inserts is of critical importance in order to withstand millions of cycles in high temperatures, stress and corrosive gases and compounds. There is a range of material grades for various engine applications: Alloy cast iron grades; Iron chrome grades; Tool steel grades; Nickel- and Cobalt-based grades; and armored wrought steel seat inserts.
