This Efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer is a water based acrylic primer for exterior & interior use. This high quality product can be used for preparing a sound surface of new masonry and old chalky surfaces before applying top coat of water based or solvent based exterior or interior Paints. Features of our Efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer: * Good binding of chalky and porous substrates. * Used as a primer on internal and external surfaces. * Based on chemically inert polymer hence suitable for higher alkaline substrates. * Provides deep penetration that imparts excellent substrate adhesion. * Provides excellent efflorescence resistance, due to its chemical inertness. Technical Information: * Colour: Transparent or Clear Film * Density at 25A C: 1.10 + 0.05 * Solid Content (% m/m): More than 35% * Adhesion Strength: Excellent bonding strength to porous substrates. * Coverage: 10-15 m2 /ltr/ coat
