We are engaged in distributing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Sodium Lignosulfonate to our valuable clients. Sodium lignosulfonate from alkaline paper-making black liquor through concentration, filtration and spray drying, has good physical and chemical properties such as cohesiveness, dilution, dispersibility, adsorptivity, permeability, surface activity, chemical activity, bioactivity and so on. Main specifications: Note: we supply different grades sodium lignosulfonate, specifications below is for reference Appearance Brown powder Lingin 45-60% pH 9-11 Reducing substance a 8% Water a 5% Water insolubles a 4% Product Uses 1.During the production of cement, where they act as grinding aids in the cement mill and as a raw-mix slurry deflocculant (that reduces the viscosity of the slurry). 2.For the production of plasterboard to reduce the amount of water required to make the stucco flow and form the layer between two sheets of paper. The reduction in water content allows lower kiln temperatures to dry the plasterboard, saving energy - although this is now PNS technology 3.Lignosulfonates are used to disperse several items like pesticides, dyes, carbon black, and other insoluble solids and liquids into water 4.Used in tanning leather 5.To suppress dust on unpaved roads - although the cheap grades can do this easily and ours is a better quality 6.Used as a Chelating agent in Agronutrition ensures a high quality spray
