We are engaged in manufacturing, distributing and supplying excellent quality No Rust Liquid Coating to our valuable clients for application upon TMT Bar Rust Remover before embedding the same into concrete. NO RUST is an innovative single component pale brownish 3-in-1 reactive impregnating liquid primer solution which works as 1) anti-corrosion 2) rust conversion 3) corrosion prevention solution. NO RUST does not have peel-off characteristics because of its impregnating formulations after completion of curing period. NO RUST meets and exceeds requirement as per IS specifications. Working Mechanism: NO RUST chemically reacts with non-rusted as well as rusted mild steel (MS) or cast iron (CI) surface in order to convert same into an organo-complex compound, resulting in the formation of a stable layer of good mechanical stability and binding capability. AREAS OF APPLICATION: TMT Bar Rust Remover / RE-BARS / DEFORMED BARS, OTHERS. METHOD OF APPLICATION: As NO RUST is a single component 3-in-1 product, application of NO RUST is very easy and can be done (single coat) after mechanical cleaning of dirt dust, flaking rust, flaking paint, oil, grease etc. with ordinary Paint Brush, Rag, Spray Gun or by Dipping process wherever applicable.
