This emulsifier package offered by us can emulsify heavier base oils used for oils with flash point above 100A C and viscosity more than 7 CST @ 40A C. It is widely used to emulsify oils such as TOBS and Diesel. The Emulsifier A-25 can easily mix with the base oils well and can give strong bright emulsions. It is also used for formulation of cutting oils that is perfect for medium machining operations. Emulsifier A-25 is basically used in a ratio of 15-20% with the oil. This makes a milky emulsion that is stable at 400 ppm CaC03.
