Our offered product is derived from starch by roasting it at accurate temperature. While making delivery, we take care that our Corrugation Gum is packed under safe and leak proof packets and cartons. No special skills or costly machinery required. First fill the required water in drum and start stirrer and simultaneously pour the Swastik Corrugation Gum powder gradually to avoid lump formation. Now stir well for 30 minutes, the mixture will be uniformly viscous. The mixture is ready to use. Note: Take care that the Swastik corrugation / solution should never be mixed with pasting gum powder/ solution and vice versa. While preparing the gum solution, add gum powder to water and not water to gum powder to avoid lump formation. Typical Analysis Description White or off white powder Particle size 80% pass through 80 mesh Moisture Content (% by weight) 10% max. Viscosity (measured in B4 cup) 35 to 45 seconds PH 7 to 8
