Details of Product : White or off white in color Free flowing powder; odorless or almost odorless Practically insoluble in water Insoluble in most organic solvents Molecular weight: 500 000-11 000 000 It consists of spherical or oval granules (30-100 m in diameter) with some less-spherical granules ranging from 10-35 m in diameter Concentration in Formulation : Recommended concentration in a formulation is 2-8% Optimum concentration is about 4% How to Store: It should be stored in a well-closed container to protect it from wide variations in humidity and temperature If stored at moderate temperatures and humidity, the physical properties of Sodium Starch Glycolate remain unchanged for up to 4 years
