LANPOLY TM PPA2300MA Masterbatch which containing PPA is based on LLDPE through twin-screw extruder. It Mainly used in polyethylene processing products such as: blown film,wire&cable and pipe. It can improve thermoplastic extrusion and does not affect the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing , adhesion and printing. Application : Blow film, Cast film, Blow molding and all other polyolefin extrusion process Physical property : Bulk Density 0.92g/cm3 MI 2.34 Volatilei 105a 1h)% 0.044% Features: Improve film surface quality by eliminating melt frature Shorten down time by reducing die build up Increase the ratio of LLDPE in LLDPE/LDPE blends for lower cost, higher quality Increase output and energy saving Processing guide : Equipment should be cleaned thoroughly when initial use of the Polymer processing Masterbatch. Running 20 mins with 10% Masterbatch first, Reduced to normal concentration production (0.5~2%). No conditioning time when Long-term use of this product.
