We are engaged in exporting, trading and supplying of Powder Coating Water Wave Additives to our customer. This catalyst can adjust the surface tension and raw materials compatibilities of coating layer, in this way, it affect the melt viscosity, curing speed of coating and finally make out all kinds of wrinkle, hammer tone, sand or reticular texture. Forming the texturing has requests on melt viscosity, gel time, mixing degree, curing time & temperature etc. Adding methods: Extruded together with other materials, extrusion in short; Blending with already-done powder---post blending. Extrusion can provide stable texture/finish effect and even grain; post-blending can provide more obvious effect, but unstable effect for the recycled powder. Water wave additive can provide the water ripple texture for durable coating. It can used in outdoor epoxy powder paint.
