Our organization is manufacturing, distributing and supplying No Rust Polymer to our clients in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. NO RUST - POLYMER is an innovative single component polymer based whitish 3-in-1 reactive impregnating liquid primer solution which works as 1) anti-corrosion 2) rust conversion 3) corrosion prevention solution. NO RUSTA - POLYMER does not have peel-off characteristics because of its impregnated form after completion of curing period. NO RUSTA - POLYMER meets and exceeds requirement as per IS 13515 specifications. Property: NO RUSTA - POLYMER is mild acidic in nature but it is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-polluting, water based, with lowered surface tension and delayed drying time so as to enhance the duration of reaction and penetration period, having penetrating capacity through the porous rust layer (wherever applicable) right upto the substrate, for thorough reaction and enhance effectiveness. Working Mechanism: NO RUSTA - POLYMER chemically reacts with non-rusted as well as rusted mild steel ( MS ) or cast iron (CI) surface in order to convert the same into an organo-complex compound, resulting in the formation of stable layer of good mechanical stability and binding capability. Scope: NO RUSTA - POLYMER can be applied upon any mild steel surface, cast iron surface and upon any adamantly adhering rusted surface. NO RUSTA - POLYMER is suited as base primer solution for subsequent protecting coats for exposed portions.
