Water based compound, one layer is enough to act at molecular level and create a nano film on mild steel to prevent from rusting. Tested for Scratch, bending, elongation, impact, heating, freezing,and pullout. Non evaporative, Non inflammable, Inorganic, and Eco friendly. No effect on plastics, non electro static. Film thickness 0.02 microns. Very good for building structures. Increase in bonding strength by 100% between steel and concrete. Economical, 36 months shelf life, covers from 160 to 180 sq ft per litre. Applied by brush, spray and dipping methods. Can be painted or powder coated, no need of primer/Red oxide.
