Characteristics a a JietondaAR SA2831 interacts with epoxy resins through both catalytic and addition reaction of DICY portion, so it can be used individually or in combination with other materials,and formulate a wide range of functional powder coatings with medium temp. & fast curing. 3. Use method & levels a a Premix SA2831 with other components of the formula before extrusion. a a The curing conditions of 160a /12min & 200a /5min are suggested. a a Approx. 4 -5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight. 4. Package & Storage a a Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25 kg per bag. a a Store in temperature between 2-32a or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire. a a Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
