These Phenolic Resin range of bonded abrasive resins includes powder and liquid resins to meet a variety of application needs. Our liquid resins are carefully designed and controlled to specific molecular weight distributions, solids, and viscosity. Properties of the resins can be adjusted to meet specific purposes or end uses. The application scope of Phenolic Resin: 1. Resin grinding wheel combination agent Performance Index: Appearance : White or light yellow powder Pellet flow (mm) : 25-50 Moisture (%) : 0.5 max Free Phenol (%) : 4.0 max Hexamine (%) : 7-9 Fineness (Thru 180mesh %) : 95 min Softening point(Degrees Celsius) :100-110 Packing: Powder resin: Packed in 20 Kgs, 25Kgs bag with pp bag woven composite outside, lined with plastic liner. Delivery: 15 days after confirmation of order or as required by customer. Storage: Resin must be stored below 25 Degrees Celsius in a well ventilated, cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, or other heat sources. Do not stack bags too high in order to avoid agglomeration. During storage and especially when exposed to heat and/or moisture soft lumps may form. If these break down easily, they should have negligible effect on the process. Typical shelf life 6 months.
