We are offering our customers a wide range of Rubber Antioxidant TMQ, which are available following Specifications :- Common chemical name: Polymerized 2,2,4 -Trimethyl-1,2-Dihydroquinoline resin Synonyms: TMQ CAS No. 26780-96-1; EINECS No. 205-688-8 Molecular formula: (C12H15N)n Molecular Weight : (173.25i n Execute standard: GB8826-88 AppearanceAmber-brown flake Melting point 80-100a 80-100 Heating loss %max0.500.30 Ash content %max0.500.30 Assay Value %min95 Main identity and apply The product is applied to natural rubber and synthetic rubber against aging caused by heat, oxygen and weather. But it can not effectually prevent flexible cracking under the rigorous conditions. It can be used to make Tyres, rubber hoses adhesive tapes. Widely used in all sorts of rubber products and tyre . May be tinted for identification. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, acetone. Insoluble in water. Application: Rubber antioxidant RD(TMQ) has got an excellent property of protection against oxygen. The quantity to be used is generally between 0.5 and 3.0 PHR ( per hundred rubber ), if dona t permit discoloration , no more than0.5 PHR (per hundred rubber). Packing and storage: Packed in PP woven bag with plastic bag inside and storage in cool and dry conditions. The temperature of warehouse to be lowed 35a . Net weight: 40kg/ bag or at buya s request.
