We are instrumental in providing Styrene Butadiene Rubbers are produced by a technology of cold emulsion copolymerization and are coagulated by a system of acid and synthetic coagulant. Some grades are solid and some are modified by extender oils. Styrene-butadiene rubbers are stabilized by staining or non-staining antioxidants.Styrene-butadiene rubbers are appropriate for rubber compounds used in the production of car tires and inner tubes, conveyor belts, footwear, cables, hosepipes and various technical rubber articles. Non-staining grades of rubber are appropriate for compounds used in the production of floor coverings, bicycle tires, footwear, children toys, cables, hosepipes and various rubber articles having light color shades. Features: a c Light tan colour a c Excellent tensile strength a c High abrasion and tear resistance a c High processability compared to natural rubber a c Easy vulcanization and stable scorch properties End Use: End uses include white sidewall tires, footwear, light and dark coloured mechanical goods and miscellaneous items where excellent physical properties and minimum discoloration and staining are required.
