Exterior Water Repellent Coating Chemical is a unique Product Developed & Manufactured by SK Formulations. It is 'Protective & Decorative' coating for Exterior Wall to protect the structure from leakages & Seepages during monsoon and enhances the aesthetical outlook of the structure. Chemical Composition - Grafted Copolymer Colour - As Desired Features * Excellent water repellency * Excellent resistance to U.V.Radiation * Resistance to Algae, Moss & Fungus * Excellent Colour Retention * Penetration & Breathable * Tough & Scratch-proof * Excellent brightness & finish * Enhances cooling effect * Resistance to Fire Advantages * Prevent leakage / seepage completely. * Enhances life of structure by virtue of excellent water repellent properties of polymer coating. * Prevents Algae, Moss & fungus formation keeps the buildings neat & clean for longer period of time. * Adds aesthetical outlook to structure with variety of Colour shades. Mode of Action During application, polymer solution travels into the surface, occupies all the cavities, hairline cracks & on solidification forms polymer crystals. These crystals seal every path of water & make the entire surface waterproof. It is important to note that the polymer coat does not form any film or layer over the surface but gets absorbed & becomes the integral part of the surface with no Peel-Off tendency.
