Following are the specifications of Arm 9 Based Single Board: * ARM9 processor (EP9315) @ upto 200 MHz * On-board 16 MB Flash, 64 MB SDRAM. * Optionally, Flash size can be 8MB (only for 100+ quantity orders). * Optionally, SDRAM size can be 32 MB or 128 MB (only for 100+ quantity orders). * 3 UARTs: 2 RS232 and 1 selectable RS232 / RS422 / RS485. * RJ45 Ethernet LAN interface * Unique MAC ID is assigned to each board * 3 USB Host interface ports * PC/104 form factor. * PC/104 interface: same footprint, similar bus with 3.3V signal levels. * Touch-screen interface. * All GPIO (3.3 Volts level) on connector. * IDE interface for hard-disk or DOM. * JTAG interface. * TFT or STN LCD interface. * VGA port for direct connection to standard CRT / LCD monitors. * Audio in and out for direct connection to microphone and speakers. * Battery backed up RTC. Software: * Runs embedded Linux or WindowsCE. * Sample programs available.
