The Safe Load Indicator Controller is an affordable and easy to use S.L.I. system for monitoring axle weight, wheel-load or axle spacing of heavy equipment and vehicles. The unit includes 2 Relays with the option of specifying relay or NPN Output. The gauges are intentionally black and white to draw attention to any errors. The Safe Load Indicator Controller monitors the loading of vehicles carrying materials that are susceptible to overloading or unacceptable distribution, such as grain and fiber. By measuring the distributed weight, the ratio between weight and volume and angle of heel in a silo vehicle, the Safe Load Indicator Controller determines when the contents are being loaded acceptably or dangerously. When using this system, over-loading is avoided and profit is increased.
