As the request of furniture manufacturer Penn researched and developed Multiheads CNC Routers, these Multiheads CNC Routers with 6 heads,X.Y rack gear transmission,the whole machine adopt 6 sets motors and drivers, PC-1816S help customers overcome the difficulty who want to do batch production. 1. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure,the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed. 2. Three spindles can be working synchronously as well as separately. 3. The machine adopts gantry movement,it can process any kinds of materials freely. 4. Three axes adopt imported high precision Taiwan square orbit;X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission,fast working,high efficiency and low cost;Z axis adopts Germany-made ball screw,with high precision and long life time. 5. Well compatibility:CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc. 6. Has the function of forecasting process time. 7. Advanced design of the machine make sure strong cutting and guarantee the engraving precision.
