We are exporting and producing of Wood CNC Router to our patrons. JK-9015S Stone CNC Router adopts heavy-duty machine structure for heavy stone and high precision linear guide rails and gear racks. This machine can work for engraving letters and designs on marble,granite,etc all stone materials. Features and Advantages 1. Heavy duty T-slot machine body, with reinforcing steel bar,which makes the machine more stable and with larger loading capacity. 2. X Y Z uses 20mm PMI or HIWIN linear square guide rail, it is more stable and has longer life than normal round one. 3. Z axis use 20mm hign precision ball screw and can avoid spindle suddenly up and down. 4. Stepper motor and driver, higher precision.Break point memory can stop work with wrong signals and avoid the waste of materials. 5. Chinese Fuling inverter control the spindle speed. 6. Adopt stone specialized 3.0KW water cooling spindle, which is suitable for long time and high temperature working. 7. Uses NcStudio or DSP control system, easy and convenient to operate. 8. 300mm feeding height, suitable for large and thick stone.Max. speed can reach 30m/min. 2.
