It's designed specially for elastic fabric, such as MODAL cotton, are used widely in apparel, swimsuit, sportswear, undergarment, etc. It also can print on many other kinds fabric, like cotton, linen, silk, wool, canvas, chiffon, polyester, flag fabric etc. 2. Different from Belt-type textile printer, it adopts Dual-Roller Stepping System, no need belt, and no matter what kind and how thin the fabric is, still goes very smooth without any wrinkle. 3. Compare with the traditional belt-type system printer, it can save room; save labors; save costs; no pollution. 4. 2 EPSON DX5 micro piezo electric printheads, 1440dpi accuracy and printing speed up to 55m2/h. 5. Dual-roller stepping system make vertical and horizontal tension on elastic fabric balance, then the fabric is enough smooth for high printing effect, and avoid fabric out of shape, arch camber, hanging problems. 6. Post-printing online drying system make the fabric enter into the drying process immediately after printing, which avoid ink polluting twitch roller. The drying temperature and wind force could be adjusted to ensure different thickness fabric workable. 7. Instant waste ink collecting system ensures the working environment clean, and makes sure the extra thin fabric printing work easily.
