Following are the Main Features of Longway Flexo Printer :- 1.Combined chain paper feeder 2.Pneumatic membrane pump is adopted to automatically convey the ink. 3.When the main machine is stopped.the device for even ink is available to prevent ink from drying. 4.The electric device of printing plate roll enables fast and accurate adjustment.360 degree forward and backward phase adjustment can be made whether the machine is operating or stopped. 5.Pneumatic lock is adopted between each color.Electric running is adopted to back color to reduce the adjusted time. 6The printer is equipped with electronic counter,which accurately control the quantity of the printed paperboard. 7.Hermetically sealed cover piece is applied to lubricate the gears with gears with drenching circulatory mechanical oil lubrication,thus reducing the Noise,prolonging the service life of the gears and improving the accuracy of process printing. 8.Pneumatic device is adopted to inking so that the anilox roll and printing plate can ink stably and separate quickly,thus improving the printing effect and accuracy of process printing.
