Transight Ember consists of two major components, store and headquarter. These components assist in the accurate and timely information flow within an F&B outlet chain for an efficient management and effective decision making. The store component is a front-of-store solution that functions to capture customersa orders effortlessly and accurately. The solution helps to enhance customersa total dine-in, take-away and delivery experiences through increased efficiency and improved business operations. It is also capable of managing the back-office operations such as managing costs, supply chain, inventory, as well as end-of-day reports (EOD) and submissions to the headquarter. The headquarter component is designed to consolidate data from various outlets and view various outlet sales data. After the data is consolidated, various reports can be retrieved for broad-based analysis and specific, objective drill-down of sales performance, cost utilisations and operation efficiency.
