Another self developed online application for voucher management. Idea behind this application is to manage marketing and sales personals expense vouchers. This software will surely enable account department to save its time by 80%. Following are the module wise detail of the software: - Administrator a this will manage all user permissions, add, delete user. Final clearance of bills Account/finance (remote authority) - This will clear / approve on bills with suggested recommendations to Admin. User a User can submit their bills by him self or submit hard copy to remote authority. Authorization a This module will internally maintain integrity between users and privileges. Voucher a This module will enable user to add date wise voucher entry with scan copy attachment. User profile a This module will add, delete & modify user profile with special key i.e. employee ID. Search a Various kind of search like not approved vouchers, approved vouchers and clearance vouchers. Reports a Authorized user can view reports in different manner like Employee wise reports, Department wise reports, Category wise reports, Date wise reports.
