We are offering 3 Layer Breathable Membrane made by two layers of non-woven fabrics and one layer of microporous polymeric membrane in the middle. The three layers are thermally laminated without using any chemicals such as glues. Outer layer forms functional waterproof surface. * Middle layer breathable waterproof membrane. * Inner layer protects from abrasion and damage, also giving additional strength. * Enables fabric to allow moisture vapor to pass through and whilst remaining fully waterproof. * Breathable roofing underlay for use under tiles and sheeted roofs, over open rafters or on to fully boarded substrates * Constructed from high tensile spun-bonded polypropylene layers * Higher levels of water-resistant * Full moisture vapor permeability * Breathable underlay for tiled and slated pitched roofs * Eco-friendly to be completely recyclable * Use: breathable roofing underlay positioned immediately above insulation layer in warm pitched roof or in cold pitched roof (ventilated or unventilated) * Suitable for timber frame wall construction Specifications:- * Water vapor transmission: 1000 to 2500g/m2, 24 hours * Resistance to water penetration: 1500 to 3000mm * Tearing strength: 150 N * Tensile strength: * MD: 150N/50mm * CD: 200N/50mm * UV exposure: 4 months * Low temperature flexibility: -40A C * Roll size: 1.5 x 50m (75m2) * Weight: 120gsm.
