Lightweight concrete is known as light aggregate concrete. It is made of coarse aggregates, light sands, cement, and water, bulk density less than 1900kg/mA (Density of our lightweight concrete is from 350 to 1350).A Our light aggregates are sintered from coal gangue. Features:- a Raw material is sintered from coal gangue, environmental and has superior performance than others; a Weight decrease by 40%-50% with the same strength; a Good thermal insulation performance, thermal conductivity is 0.07-0.25w/m.k a Good high temperature resistance, under 850 a ,strength reduces about 15%, endure up to 4hours; a Good frost-resistance, good earthquake resistance, good durability; a Mechanized construction. Area of use Our light aggregate concrete is able to meet strength requirements from 1.2Mpa to 60 Mpa, apply to wall insulation, self-insulation structural systems, bearing structure. Besides, it has superiorities in high and high-rise buildings; long-span structures; housing industrialization; ocean engineering.
