Clean Room Steel Flush Doors

The outer frame for the door has a Double rebated section for sealing purpose. The door framework is fabricated out of Steel pipe sections assembled by means of Steel clit. The vertical members of the door frame are provided with steel plates & 10-mm steel rods for sturdiness. The door framework is then lined on both sides with Galvanized Steel sheet. The hollow gap in between the G.I. sheets is filled with PU Foam/EPS/Rock wool/H.C. Paper. The flush door shall also be provided with double glazed vision panel for viewing purpose. The door shall be provided with EPDM seals & gaskets for sealing purpose. Door leaf from (0.8mm) (1.0mm) (1.2mm) (1.6mm) thick pre-galvanised steel sheet. Zinc coating 80-120 g.m2. Lock formed panels with internal stiffeners, 8.0mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plates and lock protection. Door frame from 1.2mm (1.6mm) (2.0mm) thick pre-galvanised steel sheet with mitred and welded corners, frame stretchers, hinge reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates.
